Not exactly, it's come down to the tuner at that point my buddy made 237hp n 175tq ona bone stock beat z6 with ebay setup lol
Personally I don't like vitara setups, if u google em there always makin bs power cuz the motors are 2 low of compression,ppl don't do enough homework n realize the vitara pistons require longer rods, on stock length rods compression is actually in the 8's with a nice sized turbo u gotta boost the shit out of it for power n In return you still get boost lag wich is a no no if u plan on wining races lol... Start with a turbo, find 1 u think will be good for ur power goals then find out the flow rates in the turbo "meaning how much compression u actually need to boost it properly then u should know wich direction to build the block"...
