Listen its best to wait, Dont rush and boost a stock motor it will fail you very quick.. Dont listen to some of these ediots on here who wants to see your motor blow up!

dude shut ur mouth we at the shop made 340 on 13 pounds on a stock sir b16 and did 27 runs down the track then upped the boost 7 pounds and thats when we cracked a sleeve those motors can hold stock . if he does 8 pounds and make like 250 or 260 he will be happy thats the fastest car he would have ever owned .. he doesnt have build money and hes not trying to race all the time just have his car make some sexc noises

no we are the guys that make power and have fun. bet that set up would smoke watever u got now. im still building my motor and trust it wont be 400 hp im looking for 700 so b4 u talk learn who u talking to. i drove a boosted gsr as a daily even in snow storms. could boost my single right now if i wanted or even put a swap together and boost it. but i want big numbers not 300 anyymore

my brother had a daily driven b16 obd0 with 10psi. wasn't even tuned and he was running fmu. ran fine. i say go for it in the meantime.

Bump for a racing convo , and yea ima boost it , I'm already doing a second build , should be done by honda day or next winter time . .aiming for 400hp or more . .

My b16 has bin boosted a couple years now @ 8psi n only problem was a clutch n believe me it takes beatings all the time, just keep up with maintenance n ur good...turbobmw idk wtf ur building that don't last but if thats the case rethink ur building skills buddy.
