need some help..

ok so i've kinda run into a problem doin a swap.. im throwin in a y7 in my car.. n i guess the y7 n the b8 that i had.. have diff axles so i need new axles im guessing... Also big big question.... will the d15b8 wiring harness work with my d16y7??? i had a z6 intake mani on there and the wiring harness had way too many plugs.. anyways i put the old d15b8 intake mani on n it's lookin a lil better... already swapped the alt, injects, fuel rail, dizzy, n i got a p28 ecu... im just kind of stuck.. seems like im runnin back and forth to the part store for somethin new... so i'm just trying to find out exactly everything i need...

Yes your harness will work as long as you change the alternator, distributor, and injectors which you already did. And as for axles get ones for a y7 and they'll fit right in.

Alright... so here's a little update on my progress... got the engine dropped in everything hooked up... everything seems to be straight.. but when i go to start it.. absolutely nothing.. idk whether it's a problem with me using the (b8 wiring harness) with the y7 motor... that's what my boy is trying to imply.. but i swapped alternator, dizzy, fuel rail, injectors already... so it should work.. idk possible suggestions of what the problem may be???
