          but even that he is gonna waste alot of money, just get a gsr block and get p30 pistons and build the head, or go ls vtec.

                    Well scratch the b18c short block go b20 vtec with 12.5 to 1 pistions with ctr/itr/sk2 pro1 cams or tuner 1s or 2s an supporting mod's for the head an there you go
