12:5:1 compression pistons i have some CPs 12:5:1 nitrate coated 81.5 mm for $200 lmk nice pistons. depends on your bank though... you could stroke it built head and much more.
    Honda sucks. Over priced junk.

if ur spending 1800 get sum ctr pistons use a 2 layer headgasket do arp rod bolts im guessin u want to run pump gas this setup will give u 12.3:1 compresion ratio on stock internals with th gsr head then drop the rest of your money into building the head port and polish dual valve springs and retainers sum nice allmotor cams or if budget runs out get sum jdm itr cams a nice 4-1 header 2.5 inch exhaust and a good tune and u will be making sum good power

heres a compresion calculator mess aorund a bit but i wouldnt go any higher then that comp on pump gas thats even pushin it on 93 with kyles pistons u will be way over 12.5:1 because the gsr has smaller conbustion cambers then the type r witch he had those pistons in do sum research i did alot and learned alot on h-t and many other fourms it helps to search

i wouldnt worry about the block so much if your going all motor and only have 1800$...i would worry about just the head first until its done,,,

-full valvetrain,(flat valves to further the cr),400ish
            -cams,, 400 ish
            - good intake manifold and 70 mm tb. 400 ish
            - rebuild the block with b16a pistons(NO ctr pistons) and stay at the standrd 81 mm bore, just a hone, new rings, and new bearings,300

            - which leaves you with 300 bux for a tune

this would make between 180-215 whp on pump gas with a nice dyno tune
            theres no replacment for boost:)
