its jst like having a regular b16. b16 are short strokes. so gsr head wont do nothing.

just go lsvtec or gsr bro.

            gsr will raise the CR
but for one leo is right you can only get so much from a 1.6 bottom end. do lsv with itr pistons or smething
            Honda sucks. Over priced junk.

i know someone with this setup, runs good if that whats in your budget because lsvtec conversion cost as much as a B16 block or close to it

ls/v's only has three weaknesses 1. bi-metal stock bearings,(ls has the weakest bearings honda ever made). 2. 8200+ redlines.. stocks rods don't like that shit. 3. factory rod bolts.. besides that there ain't no real problem. stock rods are good for the job anyways.

to be honest gsr/b16 block is not a good set up....1.6!!! not much to rave about there. and still to this day lsvtec set ups are or can be a powerful and fun set up when done right. people cheap out on them or dont know what they are doing that causes shit to blow. but ANY motor/set up is only as reliable as the builder and the parts going into the build. I dont care if its H, single, B...any set up!

My boy in PA has a 226whp 1.8 lsvtec running LOW 13's...he daily drives it, AND it consistently see's 9200 RPM'S!!!!
