u can fail emissions and reapply it gives u another 3 months..dont worry i do it all the time..just cost u 20 buck thats it

also isoprop alcohol is really good for your emissions lowering...dump a bottle of that in your gas tank run ur car for an hour then go thru emissions...i always passed..burns clean or SEAFOAM

I do emisions... I can make it pass depending on wha your runing.. Holla back ive passed a couple cars.. With didferent mods..
