wat should i do to make a above average every day driver? TO the block?? To the ecu? rev limit at? every thing?? can any one help make suggestions

well you need to start with the block, pistons rings rods and all new bearings are a good start, blockgaurd good but not necessary, head studs head gasket, GET THE CAR TUNED most important step to the longevity of your engine, type r oilpumps are always nice, possibly bigger fuel injectors and the tuner will answer all the rev limit and launch control answers you have while you are tuning, you can do all the engine mods you want but without a good TUNE it means nothing.head work is nice for power but not needed to insure longevity so basically cams, port polish valves springs retainers and intake/throttlebody combination is pretty much what you want.

stick with a oem honda gasket arp head studs, arp rod bolts are a plus if you plan on reving high, the block guard is just that, a guard, its a piece of mind when you are putting a heavy load on your engine, keeps everything steady. but still i thought in your original post you said you wanted somthing better than just a daily driver hense the internals of the block which will be in there for the long haul, BUT REMEMBER THE TUNE IS KEY WHEN YOU ARE READY YOU CALL DAVE (dave tuning alternatives 860-805-0968) he will make sure the tune is on point.
