car wont start help!!!

I HAVE A 93 1.5 SOHC NON VTEC AND IT WONT START.
IT HAS:
1:spark
2:gas runing threw lines and injectors
3:on timing top and botom the rotor on dizzy is on time too.
IT DOES CRANK BUT NUTIN
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN CHECK.SUMONE HELP!!
WHY WNT IT START?????

it should start if you ve spark ,fuel !i would say do compression test

If you don't have enought current to
power the starter it won't turn over Also you can check if you have a clogged fuel filter corroded connections, make sure the electrical connections
to the fuel injectors are tight and
working properly
