And again, dude. Not to burst your bubble or anything but a port and polish is a hit or miss deal. Hogging out a port and checking the volume doesn't work, adding the vacuum makes even less sense without a manometer. Increasing the ports inner diameter while reducing velocity and turbulence just makes for a shit head... except maybe on rotaries, but rotaries are garbage. That's why it costs upwards of 1000$ for a CNC porting job, it's a science. Most of these guys wouldn't even benefit from any port work regardless.
