Engine Swap..input !

Well..since my car has 195k. I figured I might as well swap out the old engine with something newer, that will last longer.

car is a 98 ek coupe


Im looking for something "cheap" that will drop in, without MAJOR modifications. I DONT CARE ABOUT POWER. just something I can drop in and work on.

I KINDA want a DOHC engine, but w.e is easier.

Any ideas on what engine might be the best ?

Im not rushing to buy 1 just yet though..still need to get the cars body work finished, and for Christmas to pass !

ooo well id try to go h series then its not difficult. really reliable and the best price to power ratio
