The two step is retarded and only people who can't drive worth a shit use it because they think it makes them faster and makes cool noises. The only thing you need to launch a naturally aspirated car is the e-brake and your legs.

This is exactly my boy jason.. which is why I launched on his ass and pulled 2 cars off the launch with my basically stock 100whp waggy... i told him to take all his MSD parts and stick em in his ass cuz they wasnt doin shit for him

One thing that I might add is that putting in the external Coil would be a god step for people that have blown the factory coils inside the Dizzy, it will cost you around $100 for the external coil and cap, BUT, the benefit is that this coild rarely goes bad and if it does it's easy to find, easy to replace, and cheap, ($40)........plus the little "extra" voltage that it gives you at the park doesn't hurt.

MSD has gone to shit over the last few years. The 6AL is a capacitive discharge box which almost doubles the voltage of a typical spark to about 120,000 volts and certain boxes have dual spark which fires two sparks for every ignition event.

i completly disagree with that... when your lineing up to race and you are 2-stepping, you are also building boost at the same time so you can come out of the hole like a rocket

i might be mistaken and correct me if im wrong but i was under the impression the only way your going to build boost on the line is if you your running an anti lag setup witch is basicaly holding your valves open in a sense so you can have a continuos flow of air so you can build boost but isn't that bad because your pretty much shooting fireballs in your turbo.

Msd is trash , that's why I sold my entire setup with 2 step. Oem ignition ftmfw and maybe just an msd external coil and that's probably it but stock ignition is good up to 500 hp unless You got a race car or something.

the 2 step is a ricer thing i guess you can do it all in a stock ECU if some one buys a mse for 2 step you on some drugs.
