  • turbo or all motor

    dont know where to post this i am sorry if in wrong spot. Cant make up my mind.. build a bad ass 200 hp all motor type r or turbo a type r and safe 6 pounds or boost and make about 270 hp please help me make up my mind i already have the type r motor thats why i am keeping it type r

    If you already have the "R", then I would keep it NA.

      Is it a dd? If it a weekend fun car them perhapse boost (easier and less expensive to get some big numbers) but nothing beats the sound and feel of a badass N/A engine (especially if you go ITB's). If it is a daily driver then I would stay N/A fo sho.

        not a daily driver i was going to keep the stock manifold but have it port matched i know its cheaper and just as safe with a good tune to go turbo but spanking people with all motor is just down right funny

                hmmmm......turbo would b more power 4 da money but alot more maintanince,all motor u'll get 250+hp max so if itz a weekend worrior i say boost 9-10lbz ona good tune n ur good 2 go,besidez u know it will hurt a guy more knowin he got beat by a gurl ina turbo hatch.lmao.....

                          not trying to have the fastest car on the web site just trying to build a car once and do it right i dont want to spend mad money and 6 months down the road change the set up again. second if a gurl or girl does beat me who cares more power to her just hit on her and hopes she will put money in to my car and help a brother out =)

                              we are talking about a type r not a 2.1 lsvtec and that a dyno pack they show higher nubers than a mustang dyno
