need help d16z6 no spark car turns over dont start

hey everyone i just picked up a 95 civic ex coupe 5spd it has a d16z6,the car turns over soo i put brand new spark plugs,wires,cap and rotor and now it turns over better still but doesn't start. Then i put a new coil in the dizzy and now i checked it and its getting know spark? can it be a bad ignitor in the dizzy? or what else can it be i can hear the fuel pump turn on when i turn it to accesory but i dont know what i think it can be. I hope someone here can help me out!!!! If anyone has had a issue like this before please let me know asap im trying to get this car on the road asap
