Car wont start

Need help will pay someone to get my car running or started at least bought the car with bad valves did valve job car wouldnt start it crancks but wont starr so i swapped it out with another motor thinking motor was no good still wont start checked the fuel pump it prines checked grounds there all good check fuses there good check the main realy i hear it clicking idk whatelse can it be. Need help asap

Yes it does i tripled checked put fresh gas in it fresh sprark plugs and nothing but tomorrow my dads buddy that hes a mechanic will check it ill update if any progress

Did you use the same distributor on the new motor as the old? Even though it has spark it could be that. Happened to me on my ek

Yes used the old distributor since the motor i bought did not come with a distributor and mines looks fine and has spark....thanks for the help

This happened to my hatch two weeks ago I took the dizzy out gave the smaller crank on dizzy a half turn and it turned on fine.
