auto obd2a swap into obd2 car

I recently put a 98 y7 in a 2000 civic lx car is not turning on! Has gas has spark !everything connected correctly but not turning on... engine is obd2a car is obd2 b so i just swapped my obd2b dizzy and harness on to it still nothing any help greatly appreciated

Makes sure if ur vehicle is obd2b you use the harness and ecu from vehicle
