D16y8 vtec to a JDM D16zc vtec

I'm planning on buying a jdm d16zc vtec from jdm depot I was wondering if the swap was just plug and play in my 99 ex coupe of do I have to get a jumper harness and do a bunch of other things. If somebody knows what I would need to do step by step could you write it out for me or if it's just plug and play let me know also. Thanks in advance

It's a jdm zc vtec look em up. Ur advice doesn't really help either.

Ok is that all u know about doing a obd1 to obd2 swap out ? Like am I gunna have to get an ecu change my distributor and fuel injector or do any kind of stuff like that? Any info helps but I'm looking for someone that knows there shit like the palm of there hand.

U can use ur dizzy altenator and injectors u should be good

youll need a distributor jumper. the zc does no have a crank sensor like the y8 its in the distributor. nor does it have a knock like the y8. you MIGHT be able to swap the knock to the zc im not 100 percent sure. if you can you will need to run a p28 to get rid of the code

For the price if the single cam. Might as well get a b20 high comp and go b20 vtec in the future.

Just swapped my girls 97ek with a d15b. I had to use the obd2 dizzy alti harness and used the obd1 mani. I'm looking for a ls obd2 ecu then the car will run fine...hope I helped a lil
