d17 clutch kit

putting a new motor in my car and want to change the clutch while its out. i am on a budget but i dont want to buy no cheap ebay junk.
whats the best bang for your buck for a d17 clutch kit? and where should i look? also what should i stay away from?
want to get a stage 1 if that helps
