  • okay i really need some advice here

    okay i recent spun a rod in my civic its a 1.8 ls block with a 2.0 low compression b20 head non vtec which is the reason it happened the motor wasnt preped or tuned properly now i was swapping it back to stock d15z6 or whatever it is but i remebered i have a gsr tranny now will the stock d series motor mount up to that gsr tranny? please lmk asap so i dont go out and buy this motor for nothing ... text me at 203 525 3581

    No d series an b series are completely different an so are the mounts

      The only way is to get the d2b kit. Not even really worth it

          you didnt spin a rod from the b20 head smh, there the same damn thing unless its the rare high compression one, other than that its the same damn thing so your shit blew for other reasons

            you know when you move ur mouse over the thread titles, and it gives you a 3-4 line preview of what the first post says?

            I read so much bullshit in that preview that i had to check this thread out.

              it had bad compression is what i was saying which is why everything went to shit cause some half as mechanic threw this shit together if i had known more about it i most likely wouldnt have even bought it ...
