i had a similar problem and I changed the plugs, cap, rotor and wires and it fixed

I'm gonna pull the codes and see if its cylinder three again. Cap and rotor is the next thing I'm gonna change. The ngk wires have less the 5k on them so that's the last thing ill change.

I changed the cap and rotor. I had a misfire on cylinder 3 again. So far now cel since I changed this and no misfires.
