94 Civic EX Coupe Auto to 5-Speed

Im new to the website and the street way of building these motors. I previously worked at a Honda dealership so I know the cars in and out I just need advise on what to do to the motor to make it a little faster. Im going for N/A so higher comp. and a racing cam would be nice. I have a Cold air located in the front right fender and a 2" Lowering kit. will have a full 2.5" Exhaust with headers for it soon with test pipe. what should i do for cam, ignition, fuel, Pistons, Head gasket, Head Bolts, Timing Belt and if needed valves?

Put a supercharger or turbo on it. Kinda pointless to drop all that money into making it high compression.or just swap the motor to something with more power
