Google is your friend. I wouldn't touch anything like that with that many miles lol.

Well your first problem is your motor has close to 200k lol. Does it burn any oil? Have you compression tested it? I'd say pick up a B20 for cheap from the depot if your not gonna boost a lot and you'll get more out of it than a single

Knowing how most of the cars on this site and civics around here are treated, my statement stays the same. Probably 100k+ of beating so I wouldn't trust it.

milage isnt a big deal as long as everything is checked and replaced. The reason for this, is because the block has gone through many heat cycles allowing the block to expand and compress. This allows all core shift to settle and all tolerances to stop expanding and contracting.

I'm doing a similar build, what I have done so far is source parts for it.... I would recommend a vitara build... It'll cost less then a eBay turbo kit and you'll have fresh internals.... I'm doing pretty much a budget build (Craigslist built lol)

It's also not about the psi, but more on your power expectations. If you really want a budget build invest heavy on a good tuner..... An eBay turbo kit will suffice for lower power goals (200whp) your looking at 800-1000 for a budget stock internal build. Multiply that by 1.5 if you want a vitara eagle build that will boost reliable power output to 280-350whp

                Best of luck

I forgot to mention..... Supporting mods cut into cost. You could have a beast of an engine but with a stock clutch or fuel pump its worthless. Kinda like a bodybuilder with huge upper body and chicken legs
