wasup ctv i got a 97 civic 5speed single cam motor,,,super stock,,,well when i start the car it turns on but wen i touch the gas pedal it feels like it wants to turn off so wen i let the gas pedal go it idles normal,,,but wen it does turn off it wont turn back on for hours sometimes even days!!

Check your fuel pump fuel filter and injectors run lucas injector cleaner then change your fuel filter they are only 28 bucks then see what happens

I was told that car has 2 fuel filters one inside the gas tank n one on the fire wall,,do I change both n if so do I have to drop the gas tank just to change the filter

Sik eg sounds right. Before you buy anything dude check your timing. I replaced a shit load of parts trying to fix the problem and it was my timing the whole time. No my car runs amazing. Lol

If you tape the gas softly does it accelerate fine without seeming like its going to die?
