i got a d16 that hesitates in low rpm in first gear and second i need to know why it does this somebodys delt with this so help me pls

Mine does the same shit.I haven't figured it out yet..does it bog in low rpms like its not getting enough fuel or not enough air? I waiting for my fpr to come in the I'm gonna try to street tune it.
