Ive been having this problem for a while and cant seem to figure out why.The car runs good as long as i don't let it idle for more than a minute.If i let it idle for more than a minute it throws a p505 idle air control system code.Once it throws the code i becomes undriveable and bucks bad.For the swap i swaped my Y8 distributor internals in to a z6 distributor.Put on a y8 oil pump so i can have the cps still and i jumped out my knock sensor.I changed the iacv and the tps and got no better results.Im assuming i have no vacuum leaks because the cruise control works fine. Anyone have any idea why its throwing this code and/or why the car would start bucking and become undriveable.?
