  • Oil pan leak helppp!!

    Ok I have replace the oil gasket 2 times on the stock oil pan but it still leaking oil....then I use a y8 oil pan and the same shit idk wtf is going on... My motor is a d16y5 any help? Tnx

    are you over tightening the bolts and pushing the gasket out?

        what spot? near the harmonic balancer ? are you using rtv?

          There is little metal rings around the studs u need to remove them they will cause the new oil pan gasket to leak.

            it prolly got a hole in the oil pan... or.. remember you gotta torque it criscross...

              I removed them all.....ls94civic rvt? And near the tranny in the u part of the gasket

                          dont use the same gasket over again... get an OEM one, RTV it, and put it on

                              if you have acess to a welder. Weld the pan to the block. It wont leak again. Trust me I know from experience.
