Those are the mo notorious bolts to rust:( if all the above options dont work, u can torch the bolts off if u have one available to you (pretty simple) just dont spry anymflammable things on the bolts and just cut the heads of the bolts off... OR you can try
To clean the top of the rusty bolts off and weld another bolt to it, that way you have a extended bolt thats not rusty and easy to reach... All the above options are easier and less time consuming though, so try them first lol

Use a smaller 12 point socket like mentioned or go to your local auto parts store and pick up the sockets that are for stripped bolts. I know that auto zone carrys the sockets that are for stripped bolts.

Get a extension with a deep socket one size smaller nd bang that bitch on the get a punch nd put the socket in a vise nd bang it back out then back to the tray for the second one I have done this before drilling will take a few mins nd u would still have to retap the threads which could be a pain in the ass also it is almost impossible to drill the bolt dead center so even if u drill nd retap who knows if the tray will even line up with the new holes

Get a 12 point 11 mm or any 12 point socket that's a lil bit smaller hammer it in and gently turn it .. it'll come off I've done it plenty of times..

Good shit I knew that would work nd was it a bitch to get the bolt out of the socket lol I have a vise they also come in handy got my shit at a garage sale for $5 lol
