D15b7 surging problem... plz help been without my car for 3 months

take off the intake so u have access to the throttle body start the car put ur finger over the lower hole inside ur throttle body if it stops the surging u have a problem with ur fast idle air control valve which is located on the bottom of ur throttle body

which is the FIT valve you can also take it apart and clean it
