D16Y6 Wiring help

I have a 98 D16Y6 I want to put into my 1959 Mini cooper. I have run itno a road block using this engine being a OBDII setup. Has anyone evry wired up this engine and able to help me rig a harness? or am I better off getting rid of the engine harness and ECU and getting a OBDI harness and ECU if so anyone out ther have one ?
