HELP AND BUMPS PLEASE!!!my ek coupe idles fine on a cold start at 1000 rpm but when it warms up it starts idling really low at like 400.i thought it was the iac but recently my motor blew so i picked up a swap with motor,harness,ecu,and i also gave it a full tune up.idk what to think cus right after the swap was complete it ran and drove great but still the same idling problem!!i tried adjusting the throttle cable to make it idle higher but once i give it alittle gas it goes right back down to 400 rpm sometimes even lower depended on how long the cars been runing.wtf is going on??

My Ek did that. I had the ac belt off so I just kept the ac button on so the idle would go up lol

lol i might try that..did ur boy have any idling issues with the motor b4 he got t boned?

No. It ran 100%

the motor deff runs mint.quietest d16 head ive ever heard.its just that idling issue but i had it b4 i changed motors.

i had a problem like that before....i had a ek coupe they swap the motor from a 5speed my car was auto...the manifold was different from the auto they change it and it stop idling

i thought about that but allready checked out the manifold n dizzy.bothe r m/t.also i just got a check engine last night.getting the codes checked in a few hours.

just got the codes checked and only one code came up (cam pos sensor 1382).my guess is i prolly dont have a bad cam sensor and the code means something els.amybody know what the "1382" means?
