check for vacuum leaks. make sure the fuel pressure regulator is still good, not leaking or broken diaphragm inside. did you potentially get a bad tank of gas? is the timing too advanced? have you changed anything recently?

I'm gettin fuel and I didn't see any leaks I'm gonna check my injectors in a couple minutes. And I found my pcv was completely clogged could that be part of it? Other than that ignition timing has never been changed I always get my gas from same place and I haven't changed anything recently besides oil and fuel filter but I'm gettin plenty of fuel to the rail
