tranny probs

hey every one ok so latley my gears when i shift have been feeling like they are getting caught up on things here and there like it will happen in third gear some times fourth and one time going from coasting in nuetral into 5th it grinded for like quick second idk what to do i flushed the tranny and put in some of that lucas oil stuff but man it keeps on getting caught up on things and it doesnt feel normal, can anyone shed any light on this for me?

check ur linkage? maybe its bent or something.

this is gonna sound dumb but idk much bout tranny's where can i find the linkage

lol it runs near ur exhaust. its 2 bars going from the tranny to where the shifter is. check that

i checked that and i dont think anything looks out of order, so im thinking that its prob my synchros
