Need help! Lost of power

Wud up ctv, i have a plain stock d15 non-v, a few weeks ago i brought my car to the chinks( digital sound auto repair) to fix my head gasket, new water pump and timing belt. he also re-welded my mid pipe back to the muffler and cat but the cat isnt the original, now i feel like my car lost hella power, could it be that there is more resistence now that the car isnt running open headers, idk help a brotha out.

lol i know but i had more torque wit open headers. u think a test pipe would fix that problem?

I have the same engine in my daily and even with the 67 hp its puttin out its still slow!!

damn man i know but it feels more like 45hp with mine, its ok but in first gear i cant even spin tires and in second gear it lags.
