Centerforce Clutch

I just bought a Centerforce Dual Clutch with flywheel and throw out bearing. My question is: How much Horsepower / Torque can this clutch kit handle ???

I want to run a setup hopefully by next summer or something for around 300whp on a d-series. how good would this clutch be ?

haha hell yeah... for the winter ima start working on a new d16z6 and Ex tranny that i'm gonna get by then so i dont get bored with all the snow and sh**T... 300whp is around 20 psi in a single can vtec... :) expensive kind of setup as i'm thinking of building everything... but idk, gotta wait for the time to come and i already got the clutch so yeah thats a good point...



PS. i found something in HT about some guy selling one of this that came off his type-R.. He said he was pushing 500whp with it so i kind of figured that the clutch is going to be good for my application. Same exact clutch i got.

I had u same clutch setup on my sohc v turbo del sol and it held up to 230 whp but my out put shaft seal on my trans was leaking fluid all over the clutch soo i got myself a new trans and a new 6-puck unsprung set up 300 whp i dont think it will hold :rolleyes:

you might be able to achieve it but not at a safe level but it's possible made more for street then strip read about it on there website
