97 Ek wont start

For a few days now the car wasnt firing on cylinder #3 replaced the cap and rotor, and now im not getting spark on #4 and the other 3 cylinders arent throwing a hot enough spark, needless to say it cranks but doesnt turn over. I know its not a fuel issue because it gets flooded, could it be the distributor, coil or cam sensor? any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks
