Check your hoses.. if your bottom hose isnt hot its the thermo. I would also check all the sensors. theres a sensor on the thermo housing you can jump for the fan to turn on at all times. If it dont turn on then it must be the relay.

alright so there is a senosor in the thermostat hosuing that broke but it only comes on the 2000 ex.. i dont know what it does. the guy at honda earlier today didnt say it had to do with the cooling system, he said it was to distribute air threw the system??? idk....... ON THE OTHER HAND i took off the water temp sensor just now and put a lighter to it and turned the car on the on position and the fan STILL DIDNT TURN ON, does that mean that the sensor is bad? is that the problem??? the bottom house is not hot its warm but i think cuz the motor is giving off heat i dont think its cuz of the fuild in side is hot idkk help me out son i heard you know your shit lol

The sensor on the thermostat housing that i was talking about doesnt have any electrical wires connected to it. Only like vacum lines

ok so i just figured out that the coolant temperature SWITCH is bad which is the one in the housing, the Coolant temperature SENSOR in the head on the motor is different
