Transmisson QUESTION

i have a d16z6 tranny but everytime i spin it (dont kno how to call it) it makes a noise like 2 small balls jumping around is it low on tranny fluid or wut??

Hard to call it. Need more info. Sounds like possibly noisy Mainshaft/Countershaft Bearings.
