Pretty positive you can get 250ish whp out of a z6 on stock internals. I would think you can get better results from a y8 due to the slightly better flowing head. Only reason to get stiffer springs is if you are running so much boost you are not sealing when you are pressurizing/combusting or if you are going higher rpm's which would result in valve float. If you are not going all out with this I wouldn't think you would need the stiffer springs.
Post #3 and #6 is all I think you need.
oh ok sounds good im thinking maybe lik 7-10 psi what ever the tuner recommends...
