d16 swap

i did prettty much a mini me swap..... 1.5 block and 1.6 vtec head. yes i removed the oil squirter plug in the block. i checked the timing like 6 times. the ccar has both fuel and spark. the thermostat ground is fine. it wont fire over though. i have a 1.5. and a 1.6 vtec distubtutor and neither do the job. the firing order is right, why doesnt she wanna fire????? any idea??? and my spark plugs are covered in fuel..... any one got any ideas???
