break the shit with a pry bar and get ur ass a shop vac.suck out all the broken pieces of catalyst. And chances are that you clogged the resonator or the muffler. If that dont work you prolly got a bent valve or the timing is messed up. You said its a Mini Me setup rightt?

yea take the cat off and try running it open headers and see how it runs it will be loud but should still run as long as its not fucked

I am willing to bet something else is fucked up...not the cat. Try starting it open header. Are you getting any cel's? What ecu/top and bottom end are you running?
