_Mini Me Swap Help ??D16Z6>D16Y7

Ok CTV, I got an 95 EX coupe with a z6 swap(vtec).. and i want to put it in a 1999 DX coupe (non vtec) .. now what i want to know, is what exactly do i need to put the Z6 swap into the EK shell fully running and everything... im not to sure as to the ECU, Harness, and mounts .. so if any of you out there has info on this, it would be very helpful .. please every detail possible ,, thanx

you should be ok with the mounts harness is gonna have to be wired up i have a p2p computer that is the one you need to pop vtec

i hav the P28 . is that the same thing?

the p28 is obd1 the motorharness off and obd2 car runs the computer as well so if your gonna have to use your obd2 computer unless you have a jumper harness

buy an obd2-obd1 harness adapter for the ecu and dizzy. Put engine in, hook up adapters and p28, and pray. You may have to do some re-wiring for the iacv but I am not positive. You will also have to run 3 wires for vtec (ground, solenoid power, and signal to the ecu).

use a jumper and use obd2 wiring harness and/or sensors..

Obd2b ex wiring harness or a si harness... use a p28 with a jumper harness.. Mount r the same etc.. Y7 headgasket upgrade the throttle body to a y8 one... lmk will get into detail

yea that is what i heard of before, is it hard to wire the vtec ..and do u have a jumper harness?lol jw

dumm fuck he jst wanna put the z6 in the coupe ...

just get 99-00 si wiring harness it'll be plug and play and use jumper harness. or use obd2 alt dizzy injectors ect.. and youll be all set!

or if your putting the z6 head on the y7 block is beasty!! 10:1 compp!

Okay I understood mini me meaning vtec head mated to a non vtec block mounts r the same ect use ur dizzy, alternator and injectors frm the y7 as for the ecu jumper hharness with a obd1 p28 if you use ur stock harness wire VTAKKKKKKK.... and ur set or make it easier and buy a si harness......

for the crank sensor yeah
