d15 noise

got a d15b7 that has a knocking type noise at like 2500-3grand when it idlesi hear nothing and other than that rpm range theres no noise

could be a bad bering (main or rod) could be a bad timeing belt ideler. also

idler pulley is the timin belt tensioner right? n how long will it run if its the bearing n is there a way to c if it is the bearing?
