Need help with my 2000 ex

I got a 2000 Civic EX it has a p1298 Trouble Code and i have no idea how to fix it. If i know what to do i can do the work. I need my car fixed i miss driving the damn thing

Its a Honda Service Bulletin. Tape & put Wire Loom on the Dummy Connector Harness where it contacts the bottom of the Intake Mani. Then check & replace the #15 Fuse
