take the 10mm out lubd the hell out of it and then tap it side to side till ti spins around in the tranny case and then pry up on it and yes a hydro one sould drop right back in.

Dude, it's easy. When you pull on the tube it will probably break...if it does or if you want to get it done quick get rid of it. Then grab a drill with a bigass bit and jam it in the cable hole. When you start the drill make sure it is on high torque and go slow. Once the bit binds (and bind it shall) it will bust the sensor free...then just pull it out.

I did it on my si box when it was out of the car. Before I thought of it I had used map gas, pb blast, vive grips, hammer and chisel, screaming at it, and so on. Then I thought of the drill thing and worked like a champ.
