  • Cluster swap asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help

putting a DC cluster in my EF.
i have a 88 crx tranny and im almost done except for the speed sensor.
i can figure out how to get it out. i took the cable out and took out the 10mm bolt.
now im thinking that the speed sensors are different and i cant use the speed sensor from a hydro tranny in a calbe tranny. tell me what im doing wrong

i think you would have to use the vss out of a hydro tranny how else would it work one is mechanical speed and the other is electronic speed sensor. do you have the plug off the gsr ecu?
