i have a 91 hatch with a d15b2 and i have a y8 head. what head gasket do i use and what else am i going to need to complete this?

no just remove the oil jet it's located between cylinder 2 and 3 on the intake side of the block, dont need to put anything else there, just with it there vtec wont actually work, it wont throw a code or anything, everything will seem fine, but no vtec...

normally you use the head gasket of the block. Look into it more because im not familair with single cams at all. but i kno when you do ls vetc you use ls head gasket and so on n so on.

well yeah he could use the head gasket for the block he's using but with the y8 head gasket it bump the compression ratio, and its a metal head gasket so it wont bake on as bad if/when he needs to replace it

your gunna need the vtec solenoid if ya didnt get it oh and a big as button if you wanna ghetto rig your vtec lol
