Bad alternator?

So whilst I was driving I had the heater, headlights, and stereo on and when I would put on my blinker the tach would drop to zero when the relay for the blinker would come on and go back to normal rpm's when it turned off. Then when I turned the car off and tried to restart it she wouldn't go so I pop started it. On the drive home the tach stopped working all together followed by the stereo. At the end of the 27 mile drive (like last 10 or so miles) she started to sputter and backfire and the last mile was at about 10mph and jerkey as fcuk. I think my alternator crapped its self, do I have any seconds?

I just checked my battery voltage and it is at 12v...hmmmm

yeah its the alternator cuz the same thing happen to me i had the heater going music lights..then the cluster went dead. the lights got dim next thing u no i hit the brakes end of story...
