OBD II code P1494

Today my civics check engine light turned on. I scanned the car and the code that comes up is a P1494. This is a code that is not listed for a Honda. I couldnt find it on the scan tools website database and also wasnt in the manual of honda codes. I did a little research online and the only thing i could find was something to do with the EGR. I dont now anything about the EGR or what it does. Later tonight while i was driving around, the car started to stuter slightly and then got a lot worse real fast. When you hit the gas it hesitates very little then accelerates but not like usual. Sometimes when you hit the gas it will jump real bad and you have to let off. Also the idle is jumping between 700-1500 rpms at stand still. I could really use some help thanks!!!
