Help car wont run right!!

check engine light comes on every now and then. so i normally turn off the car then back on and its gone.
now i turnit off and back on and it stays on. car bucks as if its getting the wrong air to fuel mix and runs terrible below 4000 rpms. any ideas? how can i check the engine code on it?

take it to autozone and they will check it for free...

or search for how to check the cel on your car

you have to jump the ecu connector with a paper clip, the light will blink a certain amount of times and then you just look up the blink pattern online

yea so i jumped the ecu connector and its flashing 41. which i looked up is a heated o2 sensor heater. which idk im guessing is just the o2 sensor on the header? i gave up working on it for tonight. its just a headache for now lol. thanks

hmm usually o2 sensor would cause it to run funny.. at least not from my experience.
do you have a cat? if not, you gotta simulate the o2 sensor or use the "spark plug fouler" trick so itll stop the cel.

is that the only code?

usually running wierd under 4k rpm is because of the iacv valve.

o2 will make it run ************ed up like mine was stumbling alot nd loping a lil if it goes on and off may b u got a loose wire .. if its your ef check were they wired in the 4 wire o2 at nd i'm runnin w/ no cat and no o2 simulator or fouler nd mine runs fine

I went to advanced auto and bought a new o2 sensor that goes on the header and put it on for 93 dollars :( seems to run perfect! And the check engine light is gone! So I'm happy till the next problem lol hondas!
