Yo i have stock 13 steelies on my car, if i get 15 will that bring my ride height up alittle more or theres no difference?

id think it would raise the height of your ride from the ground, mine seemed to sit a little higher off the ground going from 15-16

it does especially goin from 16-17

if you think about it, itll probably reduce wheel gap by a little but make it higher off the ground by a little by going from a smaller to bigger wheel, assuming tires are the same size, makes sense to me

it is where the center bolt holes are located as apposed to the outer ring on the rim ect 0 offset = stupid deep dish lip!
